The Masher
The Masher is a children's voice changer toy with brilliantly lo-fi pitch shift, 'robot' mode etc. It's completely rehoused with the mic and speaker replaced for jacks so guitars and other stuff can be fed through it's mangling circuitry. I proud to say that a short video of it it featured on the DVD accompanying the 2nd edition of Nicolas Collins excellent "Handmade Electronic Music".
